中国人民银行近日发布的2007年4季度货币政策执行报告认为,去年以来,在国家各项宏观调控政策的共同作用下,房地产开发投资结构开始优化,全国房屋销售价格总体涨幅依然较高,但部分城市房价涨幅已出现趋缓迹象。
Recently, the People’s Bank of China released its report on the implementation of the fourth quarter of 2007 on monetary policy. Since last year, the investment structure of real estate development has started to be optimized under the joint action of various macro-control policies of the state. The overall national sales prices have remained generally high, but some Urban housing prices have shown signs of slowing.
