[目的 ]了解近几年水泥厂各种粉尘的危害程度 ,为职业卫生管理提供依据。[方法 ]灰色关联分析法。 [结果 ]4种粉尘测定点的监测结果与全厂粉尘浓度超标率呈正相关 (γ最大分别为粘土 0 .916 1和水泥 0 .6 390 ) ,3种呈负相关 (γ最大为煤粉 - 0 .5 341)。 [结论 ]粘土和水泥是近几年水泥厂最主要的粉尘危害 ;灰色关联分析法较其它分析法有一定的优越性。
[Objective] To understand the hazards of various kinds of dust in cement plant in recent years and provide basis for occupational health management. [Method] Gray relational analysis method. [Result] The monitoring results of the 4 kinds of dust measurement points showed a positive correlation with the over-standard dust concentration in the whole factory (γ maximal was 0.9616 for clay and 0.393 for cement respectively), and the three were negatively correlated (γmax was pulverized coal- 0 .5 341). [Conclusion] Clay and cement are the main dust hazards of cement plants in recent years. Gray correlation analysis method has some advantages over other analysis methods.
