马晓伟,汉族,1964年6月出生于甘肃省天水市,本科学历。现任甘肃省阿克塞哈萨克族自治县文联专职副主席1980年开始学习摄影,在国家、省、市新闻及艺术摄影比赛中多次获奖。先后在新华社、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《经济日报》、《甘肃日报》、《中国摄影》、《摄影世界》、《大众摄影》、《摄影之友》、《青年摄影》、《民族画报》等媒体和刊物发表新闻图片与艺术摄影作品8400余件。100多幅摄影作品入选《中国大博览》、《腾飞的甘肃》、《走进甘肃》、《河西走廊大全》、《甘肃旅游》等大型画册。近年,拍摄、编辑、出版画册2本,摄影明信片5套。
