在行车设备发生设备故障造成非正常接发列车时,车站值班员必须快速、正确、果断处理非正常行车所遇到的各种复杂问题。他们应急处置业务知识的掌握、应急处置能力的高低直接关系到接发列车安全,关系到铁路运输的安全畅通。提高车站值班员非正常行车的能力及应急水平,是确保非正常接发列车作业安全的有效途径。本文通过对新乡车务段管内各站设备故障情况进行汇总分析,提出了几个常见设备故障的处理要点及相关建议。
