市场经济调节机制的核心,是资源配置机制。社会主义市场经济,是资源配置一重论,还是资源配置二重论? 当前理论界相当多的学者研究市场经济的资源配置问题,只讲生产要素的配置,不提或者不承认生产关系的配置。这就是我说的资源配置一重论。资源配置一重论,既违反马克思主义再生产原理,也不符合资本主义国家的市场经济实践。否定市场经济资源配置中的生产关系配置,其要害就在于否定社会主义市场经济的本质特征。 一、马克思主义的再生产理论已经阐明了任何社会形态的再生产都具有二重性:社会再生产过程,既是生产力的再生产与扩大再生产过程,又是生产关系的再生产与扩大再生产过程。这就是社会再生产二重论。 社会再生产二重论决定了市场经济的资源配置二重论:一重指生产要素的资源配置,又一重指生产关系的资源配置。社会主义市场经济是资源配置二重论,资本主义市场经济也是资源配置二重论。忘记了资源配置二重论,就等于忘记了马克思主义再生产理论的A.B.C。 二、社会主义市场经济与资本主义市场经济在社会属性上具有本质区别。不能离开事物的社会属性说“市场经济就是市场经济”。 社会主义市场经济与资本主义市场经济的本质区别,不在于生产要素配置机制方面量的差别,而在于生产关系配置机制方面
The core of market economy regulation mechanism is the mechanism of resource allocation. Socialist market economy is a heavy talk about resource allocation or a double theory of resource allocation? The Theory of Marxist Reproduction It has been clarified that the reproduction of any social form is dualistic: the process of social reproduction is not only the reproduction of productive forces and the expansion of reproduction, but also the reproduction of production relations and the expansion of reproduction. This is the double theory of social reproduction. The dualism of social reproduction determines the dualism of resource allocation in the market economy: one refers to the allocation of resources in production factors and the other refers to the allocation of resources in production relations. The socialist market economy is a duopolyism in the allocation of resources. The capitalist market economy is also a duopolyism in the allocation of resources. Forgetting the dualism of resource allocation is equivalent to forgetting the A.B.C. of Marxist theory of reproduction. Second, the socialist market economy and the capitalist market economy have essential differences in social attributes. Can not leave the social attributes of things say “market economy is the market economy.” The essential difference between the socialist market economy and the capitalist market economy lies not in the quantitative differences in the mechanism for the allocation of production factors but in the mechanism of the allocation of production relations
