以590RF耐火钢为研究对象,研究了轧制和回火处理对耐火钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,轧制后试验钢的常温力学性能整体较好,而试验钢在600℃时的高温拉伸强度较低。回火热处理后,试验钢在600℃时的高温力学性能有了明显提高。轧制后,试验钢的金相显微组织中都存在着铁素体、珠光体和粒状的贝氏体,其晶粒都比较小。回火后在试验钢的组织中析出物的晶粒尺寸大约在几十个纳米,为Nb、Ti的化合物。
Taking 590RF refractory steel as the research object, the effects of rolling and tempering on the microstructure and mechanical properties of refractory steel were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of rolled steel after rolling at room temperature are better, while the tensile strength of steel at 600 ℃ is lower. Tempering heat treatment, the test steel at 600 ℃ high temperature mechanical properties have been significantly improved. After rolling, the test steel metallographic microstructure exists in the ferrite, pearlite and granular bainite, the grain size is relatively small. After tempering the microstructure of the test steel precipitates grain size of about dozens of nanometers, Nb, Ti compounds.
