为中碳调质钢的不预热焊接设计了一种独特的组合匹配接头。研究了打底层奥氏体焊条的合金系统及填充层结构钢焊条的强度对抗裂性的影响。分析了打底层高组配、填充层低组配焊缝区的组织特点及接头的力学性能。实际应用表明,新的工艺方案可使中碳调质钢不预热焊接时不产生裂纹,接头焊后状态的使用性能完全符合产品技术条件要求。
A unique combination of matching fittings for the non-preheated welding of medium-carbon quenched and tempered steel. The effect of the strength of anti-cracking on the alloy system of under-lying austenitic electrode and the filler-structured steel electrode was studied. The characteristics of the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed. The practical application shows that the new process scheme can make the medium-carbon quenched and tempered steel not crack when preheated and welded, and the performance after welding of the joint fully meets the technical requirements of the product.
