尽管经济危机肆虐全球经济,但是企业并购并没有丝毫的减弱,仍然保持着高发生率、高死亡率、低成功率的企业步伐继续前进。本文以2008年伊始微软企图耗资446亿美元收购雅虎一案为例进行实证分析,旨在通过对近年来有关企业并购文化整合的有关文献进行研究和分析,指出企业并购中应将文化整合提上议事日程,并对企业并购的文化整合进行了展望。
Despite the economic crisis that wreaked havoc on the global economy, mergers and acquisitions have not diminished in the slightest extent, and the pace of enterprises with a high incidence, a high mortality rate and a low success rate has been maintained. This essay takes the example of Microsoft attempting to buy Yahoo! at the beginning of 2008 as an example to carry on the empirical analysis. Through the research and analysis of the relevant literature about the cultural integration of M & A in recent years, this paper points out that in the process of M & A, cultural integration should be put on Proceedings of the meeting, and the prospects for the cultural integration of M & A.
