职业教育文化环境对社会经济发展和高素质技术技能型人才培养具有极大的孕育和催化作用。基于比较的视野,从学术角度对职业教育文化进行界定,深入研究和认识职业教育发达国家和地区的职业教育文化观,反思近现代中国职业教育文化探寻之路,探讨如何构建具有中国特色的社会主义职业教育文化,推动中国职业教育在不断积淀中走向成熟走向世界。
Vocational education and cultural environment for social and economic development and high-quality skilled personnel training has great generosity and catalytic role. Based on a comparative perspective, we should define vocational education culture from an academic perspective, deeply study and understand the concept of vocational education and culture in developed countries and regions in vocational education, and reflect on the exploration of the culture of vocational education in modern China and how to build a society with Chinese characteristics Vocality of vocational education and culture, to promote China’s vocational education in the accumulation of mature to the world.
