介绍了鞍钢高炉煤气洗涤循环水系统水质稳定处理方案及其效益。方案采用鞍钢有缓蚀作用的净化废水作补给水防止洗涤循环水系统中的腐蚀，添加废酸防止洗涤循环水系统中的结垢，并将外排水用于平流沉淀池清扫、发电厂锅炉冲渣、浓缩池连续排泥、高炉水力冲渣，从而实现了废水的综合利用。
This paper introduces the stability treatment plan and its benefits of Anshan Iron and Steel Company blast furnace gas washing circulating water system. The program adopts the corrosion wastewater from Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. as a feed water to prevent corrosion in the washing and circulating water system, and the waste acid is added to prevent fouling in the washing and circulating water system, and the outside drainage is used for advection settling tank cleaning. Slag, thickener continuous row of sludge, blast furnace slag hydraulic, so as to achieve the comprehensive utilization of waste water.
