一、终身学习与及时反思意识一切教育都可以归结为自我教育。学历和课堂知识都是暂时的。事实证明,一个人最终能否成才,往往不取决于学历的长短和课堂知识的多少,而取决于是否善于自我教育。只有当一个教师不断地致力于自我教育的时候,他才能教育别人,而我们的传统的教师,都是从师范学校毕业后,便把所教的一套教材、一生兢兢业业地啃了过去,多少年来一直这样讲。而现代教育的目标,则是要为学生的终身发展奠基,精选学生终身学习必备的基础知识和基本技能,并让学习成为孩子的一种乐趣和需要。那么,教师的终身学习也就显得极为重要了。
