dl-天门冬氨酸的制备方法很多,其中以Donn及Fox~所介绍的方法较佳,其法是用反-丁烯二酸二乙酯为原料,与干燥的氨气在无水乙醇中,于加压釜(小量可用密封能耐7.3个大气压的厚壁瓶)内100℃反应24小时,生成的胡椒嗪-2,5-二酮-3,6-二乙酸胺[I],用6N氢氧化钠水解,再用6N盐酸中和到甲红呈酸性后加入醋酸铜一水合物的水溶液,使dl-天门冬氨酸成结晶性的铜络盐三水合物析出,再用硫化氢去铜后即可得dl-天门冬氨酸。原料也可用反-丁烯二酸或正-丁烯二酸酐,但需更高的温度和压力(180℃,10个大气压),其他
