以集成式液压传感器为基础,结合虚拟仪器技术构建了工程机械液压系统测试仪的硬件框架结构体系,利用面向对象的虚拟仪器开发平台LabWindows/CVI开发了检测系统的采集与处理软件系统。该检测仪能够准确地测量和记录液压系统的工作参数,诊断常见故障。
Based on the integrated hydraulic sensor and the virtual instrument technology, the hardware frame structure system of the hydraulic system tester of construction machinery is constructed. The acquisition and processing software system of the inspection system is developed by the object-oriented virtual instrument development platform LabWindows / CVI. The detector can accurately measure and record the hydraulic system operating parameters, diagnosis of common faults.
