中农药协[2016]3号各有关单位:农药是防治农作物病虫害的重要物资,科学用药是实现农业高产、优质、安全的重要保障,但农药使用不科学,不仅增加防治成本,而且影响生态环境,造成农药残留危害。科学使用农药已成为现代农业发展的必然要求。为了大力宣传科学安全使用农药技术知识,引导农民科学用药,由我会主办、农一网冠名开展“科学使用农药宣传用语”征集活动。现将有关事项通知如下:
