他是我国药理、毒理学领域成绩斐然的科学家,是中国工程院院士,是少将,是院长,也是一位云游四方的旅行家。年近80岁,他用“清楚、通畅、不高、不大”八字来概括自己的健康状况:“头脑清楚,呼吸和两便通畅,血压血脂血糖不高,心肝脾前列腺不大,这辈子没住过一天医院。”他就是秦伯益院士。2011年11月2日晚上,中国工程院医疗保健报告会上,秦伯益院士以他自身丰富多彩的退休生活经历,向院士们畅谈了他对老年生活的认识。现将秦老本人对于晚年生活的感悟整理刊出,希望能给老年人带来一些启示。
