随着我国建设工程项目规模的不断扩大以及企业参与国际工程项目的不断增多,建筑施工企业选用大量的劳务分包队伍是不可避免的,而且会越来越多。但是,目前企业对劳务分包队伍的管理、岗前培训、技能教育、社会保障等方面做的均不理想,同时,国家有关部门指导和规范的相应法律法规也不健全。因此,如何有效地做好劳务分包管理工作,提高施工企业经济效益和社会效益,增强企业可持续发展能力,已成为众多施工企业亟待解决的一项课题。
With the continuous expansion of construction projects in our country and the increasing number of enterprises participating in international projects, it is unavoidable and will be more and more that construction enterprises choose a large number of labor subcontracting teams. However, at present, enterprises are not ideal for the management of subcontracting of labor services, pre-service training, skills education and social security, etc. At the same time, the corresponding laws and regulations that are guided and regulated by relevant state departments are also not sound. Therefore, how to effectively manage labor subcontracting, improve the economic and social benefits of construction enterprises and enhance their sustainable development has become a pressing issue for many construction enterprises.
