以二倍体高粱不育系及其保持系和由它们诱变成的同源四倍体选系为材料 ,研究了同源四倍体不育系和保持系的生物学特征及生理特性 ,结果发现 ,四倍体的株高一般为二倍体的 80 .6%~90 .1% ,单株总叶片数减少 1~ 2片 ;保持系加倍后 ,顶部三叶面积增加 4 .6%~ 9.4 % ;不育系的花药由二倍体时的白色变为四倍体的淡黄色 ,由完全空瘪变为有花粉粒败育后的残余物 ,四 62 2 A- 1的花药中有 4 5.1%的花粉粒有活力 ;叶绿素 a、b含量的变化趋势与二倍体相同 ,但在多数情况下前者高于后者 ,而 a/ b比值则是四倍体低于二倍体 ;四倍体在生长发育的早期净光合速率高于二倍体
The diploid sorghum CMS lines and their maintainer lines and the autotetraploid lines induced by them were used as materials to study the biological and physiological characteristics of autotetraploid and maintainer lines. The results showed that the tetraploid plant height was generally 80.6% -90.1% of diploid, and the number of total leaves per plant was reduced by 1 ~ 2.
