无论是产品特性、产业环境、还是资本意志、谈判时机,都把分众聚众置于一个合并则共同跃升、分立则难负其累的境地都说江南春和虞峰两个人创造了历史。这次合并是中国民营企业前所未有的一次老大和老二的结缘。在有相似资本环境的互联网业,盛大和九城,携程和E龙、新浪和搜狐间都有过合并谈判, 但皆无功而返。江南春和虞峰,尤其后者,因之而被称为具备“宽广的胸怀”和“大智慧”。但是,两位主事者的人性因素是否被高估了?此次有别于其它企业的合并结果,真的全拜人性所赐吗?

In a similar capital environment of the Internet industry, Shanda and Ninetowns, Ctrip and E Dragon, Sina and Sohu have had mergers and acquisitions, but all failed. Jiangnan Chun and Yu Feng, especially the latter, are therefore known as having “a broad mind” and “great wisdom.” However, whether the human factors of the two principals are overestimated? This is different from the combined results of other companies, really all thanks to the gift of humanity do?
