The authoritative study of FIFA Medical Evaluation and Research Center (F-MARC) pointed out that the most common injury in football is joint ligament injury, especially in the knee joint or ligament (see Figure 1). In a study of 9-13-year-old footballer injury types, it was found that the incidence of ligament injury was 9% and the lower limbs were the most common injuries, with the knee being the site with the highest probability of injury. In fact, the tragedies of knee joint ligament injury caused by the decline in exercise level and even the end of sports career have been staged frequently, such as ACL injury of Brazilian superstar Ronaldo (see Figure 2). Therefore, campus football players must attach great importance to the prevention of knee ligament injury, as well as the correct treatment after injury and timely rehabilitation.
