针对中石化天津分公司蜡油加氢装置2012年首次停工过程作了详细的介绍,对停工过程中暴露出的问题进行了细致的分析,并提出了解决方案,本次装置停工过程没有发生任何安全事故,通过实施降低停工成本的措施,实现了装置高效、节约地交付检修的目标。
