教书育人可以说是学校的首要职责,是实施素质教育的重要环节。然而,在应试教育的影响下,作为学校领导者,并没有将过多的心思放在德育上,而是更看重升学率,看重每年多少学生能够上本科线等等。所以,在素质教育下,作为校领导,要改变传统的教学思想,要重视德育,要让学生掌握基本的知识与技能的同时,素质水平也能得到健全的发展。
Teaching and educating people can be said that the school’s primary responsibility is to implement an important part of quality education. However, under the influence of exam-oriented education, as a school leader, they do not place too much emphasis on moral education. Instead, they pay more attention to the rate of graduation and regard how many students can take the undergraduate course each year. Therefore, under the guidance of quality education, as the school leader, we should change the traditional teaching thought, pay attention to moral education, let the students master the basic knowledge and skills, and the quality level can get sound development.
