教育的理想是使所有的学生接受适合于他们的教育。根据差异性原则实施分层教学,是解决因材施教的个体性与班级授课制的集体性之间矛盾的有效途径。笔者作为一名长期从事数学教学小学教师,就分层教学在小学数学课堂中的运用,谈一下自己的切身体会。一、学生的分层要对学生进行分层教学,教师首先必须对每个学生的学习现状了然于胸,这样才能在教学中有的放矢。学生层次的划分,可以依据考试成绩。
