本文将我院研制中的架式犁体外载六分力仪初轮样机及其标定装置的设计、制造、标定和田间初测试验情况作了简要地介绍。文中引用了“利用度”的概念,对这轮六分力仪方案作了分析。文中提出了六分力仪在施加简单力标定时的精度检验方法和表达方法。通过标定试验,这轮样机的测量精度,在分别施加三个简单力时,主测值的最大相对误差为3.33%,非主测值的最大相关误差为5.15%,基本达到了《铧式犁体工作状态外载测定大纲》的有关要求。在分别施加六个力时,其主测值的相对误差有五个在3.4%以下,有一个值为14.85%,非主测值的最大相关误差为6.92%。通过田间初测试验,该六分力仪综合性能基本良好,所测数据与通常的数据相符,未见异常现象。
This article briefly introduces the design, manufacture, calibration and field test of the prototype of the first round of frame-mounted plow body sixth-load instrument and its calibration device developed in our hospital. The article quoted the concept of “utilization”, made an analysis of this round of six-component power meter program. In this paper, the precision test method and expression method of six-component force meter when applying simple force calibration are proposed. Through the calibration test, the measurement accuracy of this round of prototype, the maximum relative error of the main measured value was 3.33% and the maximum relative error of the non-main measured value was 5.15% when three simple forces were applied separately, basically reached the “plowshare Body working state load measurement outline ”of the relevant requirements. When six forces were applied respectively, the relative errors of the main measured values were below 3.4%, with a value of 14.85%. The maximum relative error of the non-main measured values was 6.92%. Through the field first test, the six-component instrument basically good overall performance, measured data consistent with the usual data, no abnormalities.
