全路科技大会于1995年10月21～24日在北京隆重召开。韩杼滨部长作了“实施科教兴路战略,把我国铁路现代化建设推向新阶段”的重要报告,华茂昆总工就“铁路科技发展‘九五’计划和2010年长期规划纲要”作了说明。这是一次号召全路职工全面实施科教兴路战略,迎接铁路建设新阶段的动员大会。我校积极贯彻铁路科技大会的精神,围绕铁路运输生产和建设急需解决的关键问题制定“九五”计划,要为实现部党组提出的“六个重大突破”出大力。现将我校为实施“科教兴国”战略加速铁路科技进步方面材料刊登于此,以飨读者。
The road science and technology conference was held grandly in Beijing from October 21 to 24, 1995. Minister Han Zhubin made an important report on “implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the railway through science and education and pushing the modernization of China’s railways to a new stage.” Huamao Kun, chief engineer of the “Ninth Five-year Plan for Railway Science and Technology Development and Outline for 2010 Long-term Planning ”Made a note. This is a call for all staff and workers to fully implement the strategy of rejuvenating science and education so as to meet the mobilization meeting of the new phase of railway construction. Our school has actively implemented the spirit of the Railway Science and Technology Conference and formulated the ’95 ’plan in light of the key issues that need to be solved urgently in the railway transport production and construction. We must make great efforts to achieve “six major breakthroughs” put forward by the ministry and party unit. Now my school for the implementation of “science and education to rejuvenate ” strategy to accelerate the progress of science and technology of the railway published here, to readers.
