目的探讨围产儿死亡原因,采取干预措施,降低围产儿死亡率。方法对平度市2006年～2008年318例围产儿的监测报告及死亡卡进行统计分析。结果3年来围产儿总数为39500例,围产儿死亡318例,平均死亡率为8.05‰。胎儿畸形是3年来死亡顺位第1位。结论胎儿畸形是导致围产儿死亡的主要因素,做好遗传咨询、产前筛查、产前诊断是降低围产儿死亡率的关键。
Objective To investigate the causes of perinatal death and to take interventions to reduce perinatal mortality. Methods The monitoring report and death card of 318 perinatal children in Pingdu from 2006 to 2008 were statistically analyzed. Results In the past three years, the total number of perinatal children was 39,500 and that of perinatal children was 318, with an average mortality rate of 8.05 per thousand. Fetal deformity is the first death of 3 years. Conclusions Fetal deformity is the main factor leading to perinatal death, so genetic counseling, prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis are the keys to reduce perinatal mortality.
