黄芩带节茎段培养在MS＋6－BA1mg／L＋NAA0．2mg／L的培养基上，先诱导形成愈伤组织，然后出现许多绿色小芽。进一步移至MS培养基上产生大量的丛生芽。丛生芽培养干1／2MS＋IBA0．5mg／L培养基上可诱导生根，形成完整植株。
The stem segments of Astragalus membranaceus cultured on the medium of MS+6-BA1mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L first induced the formation of callus, and then appeared many green shoots. Move further to MS medium to produce a large number of clustered shoots. Clustered shoots were cultured on dry 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L medium to induce rooting and form complete plants.
