近几年来,随着社会经济的不断增长及人民生活水平的不断提高,我国旅游业的发展越来越迅速,这带动了一系列相关产业的繁荣,酒店业就是其中之一。据有关数据显示,我国星级酒店的数量正以每年20%的速度不断增长,预计到2015年底全国星级酒店数量将超过1.5万家,而五星级酒店或将达到500家。这些数字背后所昭示着的是酒店管理专业就业机会的增加,但与此同时,高校酒店管理专业也开始连年扩招,这无疑给酒店管理专业毕业生的就业带来了又一压力;尤其是对于该专业的专科生来说,就业力不足的问题一直都是一个很深的困扰。鉴于此,本文主要探讨了酒店管理专业专科生就业力提升的思路。
In recent years, with the continuous growth of social economy and continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the development of tourism in our country is more and more rapid, which has led to the prosperity of a series of related industries. Hotel industry is one of them. According to relevant statistics, the number of star-rated hotels in our country is growing at a rate of 20% per annum. It is estimated that by the end of 2015, the number of star-rated hotels in the country will exceed 15,000 while the number of five-star hotels will reach 500. These figures are behind the increase of employment opportunities in hotel management professionals, but at the same time, hotel management professionals in colleges and universities have also begun to enroll more in successive years, which undoubtedly brings another pressure on the employment of hotel management graduates; especially for The professional undergraduate students, the problem of lack of employment has been a very deep problem. In view of this, this article mainly discusses the idea of enhancing the employment ability of hotel management majors.
