《建设部关于修改〈城市房地产中介服务管理规定〉的决定》已经2001年7月23日建设部第45次常务会议审议通过,现予以发布,自发布之日起施行。
The Decision of the Ministry of Construction on Amending the Provisions on the Administration of Urban Real Estate Agency Services was reviewed and approved by the 45th executive meeting of the Ministry of Construction on July 23, 2001 and is hereby promulgated and will be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
