目的:研究不同强度噪声暴露后成年大鼠蜗核酸性纤维母细胞生长因子(aFGF)样免疫反应。方法:噪声暴露后用定量免疫细胞化学方法。结果:130ddB噪声暴露后1d(130dBSPL,8kHz白噪声),aFGF样免疫反应明显下降,其下降水平持续1~2月。120dB噪声暴露后1d(120dBSPL,8kHz白噪声),aFGF样免疫反应也下降,但在1~2月内恢复,蜗核神经元aFGF样免疫反应光密度变化似乎与听觉脑干反应相关。结论:本研究表明噪声暴露可造成蜗核神经元aFGF样免疫反应低下
OBJECTIVE: To study cochlear nucleic acid fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) -like immunoreactivity in adult rats after exposure to different intensities of noise. Methods: Quantitative immunocytochemical method after noise exposure. Results: The level of aFGF-like immunoreactivity was significantly decreased 1 d after 130ddB noise exposure (130dB SPL, 8kHz white noise), and its decline continued for 1 ~ 2 months. One day after exposure to 120 dB noise (120 dB SPL, 8 kHz white noise), the aFGF-like immunoreactivity was also decreased. However, the recovery of aFGF-like immunoreactivity in cochlear neurons after 1 to 2 months appeared to be associated with auditory brainstem response. CONCLUSIONS: This study shows that noise exposure can cause low aFGF-like immunoreactivity in cochlear neurons
