目的:探讨蔗糖负荷对家兔脑动脉血管损害的影响。方法:使用薄层层析法分析脂质构成及脂质过氧化,利用病理学方法观察蔗糖负荷家兔后脑动脉血管超微结构的变化。结果:与正常对照组及胆固醇负荷组相比,蔗糖负荷时,家兔血浆各脂蛋白中脂质过氧化物(LPO)及胆固醇酯脂过氧化物(SpotX)百分比均未见明显增加,但是,中性脂肪(TG)百分比则明显增加。脑动脉血管超微结构显示,蔗糖负荷时,家免大脑中动脉内膜层有较多无结构物质的形成,其中未见有巨噬细胞和泡沫细胞的沉积。结论:蔗糖负荷所致脑动脉血管的损害无论在脂质生化学,还是在病理组织学改变上均与胆固醇负荷不同。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sucrose load on the damage of cerebral artery in rabbits. Methods: The lipid composition and lipid peroxidation were analyzed by TLC. The ultrastructure of cerebral arteries in rabbits after sucrose loading were observed by pathology. Results: Compared with the normal control group and the cholesterol-loaded group, no significant increase was found in the percentage of LPO and SpotX in the plasma lipoproteins of rabbits when sucrose was loaded , While the percentage of neutral fat (TG) increased significantly. The ultrastructures of cerebral arteries showed that there was more unstructured substance in the intima of middle cerebral artery when sucrose was loaded, of which no deposition of macrophages and foam cells was found. CONCLUSIONS: Cerebral arterial damage due to sucrose loading differs from cholesterol load both in lipid biochemistry and in histopathological changes.
