“大众创业,万众创新”的政府政策,激励了技能型人才的数量增加,契合高等职业教育的人才培养目标,成为新时期高等职业教育加快内涵发展的助推器。尽管国家一直加大对高等职业教育的经费投入,但经费的不足却一直羁绊着高等职业教育发展的脚步。本文分析了不断加大的政府经费投入与高等职业院校发展经费不足的矛盾成因,提出高等职业教育要充分利用自身优势,发掘潜力,通过开展有偿社会服务、校企合作和建立共享型实训基地等措施,构建稳定且结构合理的经费来源,助推高等职业教育的转型成功。
The government policy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” has stimulated the increase of the number of skilled personnel and is in line with the training objectives of personnel in higher vocational education, becoming the booster for speeding up the development of higher vocational education in the new era. Although the state has been increasing its investment in higher vocational education, its lack of funding has always kept pace with the development of higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the causes of the contradiction between increasing government funding and insufficient funding for higher vocational colleges. It points out that higher vocational education should make full use of its own advantages to explore potential. Through paid social services, cooperation between schools and enterprises and establishment of shared training Base and other measures to build a stable and reasonable sources of funding to promote the transformation of higher vocational education success.
