在产品使用阶段常常产生整个产品生命周期中最重要的对环境的影响,其中一个原因是使用行为,特别是生态上的错误使用行为。作者在一般定义的基础上依据劳动心理学和安全技术,阐述了一种用于分析和避免错误行为造成环境影响的方法。同时引入改进的 F M E A( 失效模式和影响分析) 作为其核心方法。最后深入探讨了面向环境的产品销售中解空间受到限制的观点。
One of the reasons that the most important environmental impact throughout the product life cycle is often produced during the product use phase is the use behavior, especially the ecological misuse behavior. On the basis of the general definition, the author elaborates a method for analyzing and avoiding the environmental impact caused by erroneous behavior based on labor psychology and safety technology. At the same time, improved F M E A (failure mode and impact analysis) is introduced as its core method. Finally, we discussed in depth the view that the solution space in environment-oriented product sales is limited.
