微电子固态继电器微电子继电器(MER),也称光 MOS 继电器或第三代固态继电器,它为全芯片结构,其发展方向是采用微型双列直插式或表面安装式塑封或陶封结构以实现多路,目前,国外关键技术、核心芯片均对我国进行封锁。MER 广泛用于通讯、测量设备、计算机控制等电子信息业中,随着信息产业的迅猛发展,MER 会得到更大范围的应用。我国信息产业的大力发展需要自己的配套 MER,MER 核心技术攻关迫在眉睫。
