球团矿质量取决于生产操作参数和原料的理化性能。可以预期,特别是原料性能、混合比例、生产设备参数和焙烧过程中热处理条件的变化将导致成品球团矿特性的改变。在炼铁单元中球团矿质量起着决定性的影响,炼铁单元要提高球团矿质量,需要基本了解工厂操作条件对于球团矿质量的影响。考虑到这一点,对1号球团厂数据进行了分析。从数据分析中发现球团矿质量主要受原料氧化铝含量、生球碳和水分含量、成品球团矿FeO含量、烧透温度和焙烧机给料速率及料层高度的影响。
Pellet quality depends on the production operating parameters and the physical and chemical properties of raw materials. It is expected that changes in the properties of the finished pellets, in particular, the properties of the raw materials, the mixing ratio, the parameters of the production equipment and the heat treatment conditions during the firing process will lead to changes in the properties of the finished pellets. The pellet quality plays a decisive role in the ironmaking unit. To improve the pellet quality, the ironmaking unit needs a basic understanding of the influence of the plant operating conditions on pellet quality. With this in mind, the data for No. 1 pellet plant were analyzed. From the data analysis, it was found that the pellet quality is mainly affected by the alumina content, pelleting carbon and moisture content, the FeO content of the finished pellet, the firing temperature and the roaster feed rate and the height of the material layer.
