在我国南方一些地区,水力资源非常丰富。但是,这些丰富的自然资源目前并没有被充分开发出来,特别是利用充分的水力资源建立发电站,以解决一些地区能源建设滞后的问题,更是迫切需要尽快加以解决。今年全国政协经济委员会人员与广西、贵州省(区)政协人员用了一个多月的时间,在广西、贵州、广东三省(区)内的红水河流域进行了调查,发现这条河流域丰富的水力资源未能充分开发就是一个典型。他们认为,红水河水力资源的开发应加速进行。现将他们的调查报告摘要发表,供研究参考。
In some areas of southern China, water resources are very rich. However, these abundant natural resources are not fully developed at present.
