一、快脉冲直流TIG焊的基本原理快脉冲直流TIG焊是指脉冲电流在1000~20000周/秒范围内变化的TIG焊。它是在直流电源的基础上利用电子开关获得一种规则的(矩形波或三角波)的断续电流,辅以较高的空载电压的维弧电流的焊接方法。其波形见图1及图2。
