美军认为,电子战是“合成军队有效的作战手段之一”。它可以保障己方兵力兵器进行适时的攻击。并可破坏敌人的攻击。直接杀伤敌人的各种武器系统和间接杀伤敌人的电子系统正在日益紧密地结合成为一种完整的战斗力。
The U.S. military believes that electronic warfare is “one of the effective tactics used to synthesize the armed forces.” It can protect our own forces from making timely attacks. And can undermine the enemy’s attack. The various weapon systems that directly kill the enemy and the electronic systems that indirectly kill the enemy are increasingly being combined to become a complete combat capability.
