《数学课程标准》中也明确提出“让学生通过学习,能够获得适应未来社会生活和进一步发展所必需的重要数学知识以及基本的数学思想方法”。为了有效落实这一总体目标,人教版教材编排中不但加大力度把数学思想渗透在数与代数、量与计量等每一个知识板块中,更以新增设的单元“数学广角”为呈现形式,进一步集中向学生渗透数学思想方法。把数学思想方法以解决学生容易接受的生活问题的形式,通过观察、操作、实验、猜测、推理与交流等活动,初步感受数学思想方法的奇妙与作用,受到数学思维的训练,逐步形成有序地、严密地思考问题的意识,同时使他们逐步形成探索数学问题的兴趣与欲望,发现、欣赏数学美的意识
