目的探讨经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCD)技术检测偏头痛在颅内血管监测中的应用价值。方法以210例偏头痛患者为选择对象,应用经颅彩色多普勒测定颅内动脉血流量,并进行统计学分析。结果多数患者大脑动脉血流速度明显增快、不对称,少部分患者表现为脑血流速度降低,同时伴有血流杂音及血流频谱异常。结论偏头痛患者发作期的颅内动脉处于广泛的非对称性收缩状态,血流杂音和血流频谱异常可作为偏头痛的诊断依据之一。
Objective To investigate the value of transcranial color Doppler ultrasound (TCD) in the detection of migraine in intracranial vascular monitoring. Methods Totally 210 migraineurs were selected as subjects. The intracranial arterial blood flow was measured by transcranial color Doppler and statistically analyzed. Results The majority of patients with cerebral artery blood flow velocity was significantly faster, asymmetric, a small number of patients showed decreased cerebral blood flow velocity, accompanied by flow noise and abnormal blood flow spectrum. Conclusions The intracranial arteries in the migraine attacks are in a wide range of asymmetric contractions. The abnormalities of blood flow and abnormal blood flow can be used as the basis for the diagnosis of migraine.
