笔者通过对自身生活的湖南省岳阳市C村发生的“界地纠纷”做个案分析。依其发展阶段,剖解村民话语、村民家庭和村庄精英在村庄博弈运作中的文化镜像,探析乡土博弈中话语运作占优策略文化、家庭冲突中抗争阈限文化和精英治理中权力虚脱文化的具体表现。就乡土博弈过程来看,其间涉及村民之间博弈结构、博弈地位和博弈展现等维度运作;借势博弈、造势博弈和零和博弈等竞争手段;话语体系运用、抗争性技巧掌握和非理性认同默认等规则应用。当然,“解剖麻雀”存在诸多不足,但理性的反思和建设性的批判,相信能在一定程度上呈现博弈运作的乡土文化情景。
The author tries to do a case study of the “land dispute” that occurred in C Village, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. According to its stage of development, it dissects the cultural images of villagers 'discourse, villagers' families and village elites in the operation of village games, and analyzes the dominant strategy culture in discourse of local games, the culture of resistance in family conflict and the culture of power collapse in elite governance which performed.
