[引言]进入21世纪,创新已成为全球共同关注的热点话题,中国质协QC小组工作委员会曾于2002年下发《关于开展“创新型”课题QC小组活动的意见》,其中对“创新型”课题QC小组的定义、范围、活动程度以及评审标准等作了概述。经过几年的探索与实践,不少QC小组总结出一套有效的“创新型”课题QC小组思路,并取得了一定的成果。应QC小组的要求,本刊编辑部特推荐北京超高压公司输变电管理部QC小组关于“输电线路巡检系统的研发”创新型成果。需要指出的是,该成果是一个较为完整的创新型小组成果,但也不尽十全十美,有些论证数据还不很充分。在此,只是为小组提供一些创新思路,以便在实践中更好地推广与应用。
[Introduction] In the 21st century, innovation has become a hot topic of common concern in the world. The QC Working Group of the China Quality Assurance Association issued a “Opinion on Carrying out QC Team Activities on” Innovative “Topics in 2002, in which” Innovative “The subject QC group’s definition, scope, activity level and evaluation criteria are summarized. After several years of exploration and practice, many QC groups summed up a set of effective ”innovative“ QC group ideas and achieved certain results. What needs to be pointed out is that this result is a relatively complete innovative group outcome, but it is also not perfect. Some of the data are not yet sufficient. Here, only to provide some innovative ideas for the group in order to better promote and apply in practice.
