钙离子拮抗剂与其它心血管病用药合并使用,有的产生协同作用,有的产生相反结果。现结合有关资料作一概述,供临床用药时参考。(一)抗心绞痛药:钙离于拮抗剂与硝酸制剂联用,其作用可相加。异搏停加硝酸甘油对难治性心绞痛效果好,但可引起血压轻度下降;心痛定加硝酸甘油后抗心纹痛作用肯定,副作用是对周围血管扩张太甚,可发生头痛、面赤、血压下降、心率加快,所以
