我们于1986年曾经报道:在肝癌病人血清中发现5’-核苷酸磷酸二酯酶三条新的异常同工酶带(5’-NPD-I和5’-NPD-V+Ⅵ).本文报道这三条新的异常同工酶带在肝癌诊断上的意义.在原发性肝癌中,5’-NPD-I阳性率99.2%(234/236),特异性74.9%,而5’-NPD-V+Ⅵ阳性率77.5%(183/236),特异性95.3%.在2例小肝癌中(瘤体直径小于4 cm),5’-NPD-I和5’-NPD-V+Ⅵ都呈强阳性.在转移性肝癌中,5’-NPD-I阳性率86.7%(13/15),而5’-NPD-V+Ⅳ阳性率46.7%(7/15).6例经过根治性切除肝癌的病人,术前血清中都有三条异常同工酶带,而术后三条异常同工酶带全部消失.另6例作姑息性切除肝癌的病人,术前术后,三条异常同工酶带都存在.因此作者认为新的异常同工酶带是肝癌的特异标志物,可以用来诊断肝癌.
We reported in 1986 that three new abnormal isozyme bands (5’-NPD-I and 5’-NPD-V+VI) of 5’-nucleotide phosphodiesterase were found in the serum of liver cancer patients. The significance of these three new abnormal isozyme bands in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma was reported. In primary liver cancer, the positive rate of 5’-NPD-I was 99.2% (234/236), specificity was 74.9%, and 5’-NPD The positive rate of V+VI was 77.5% (183/236) and specificity was 95.3%. In 2 cases of small hepatocellular carcinoma (tumor diameter less than 4 cm), both 5’-NPD-I and 5’-NPD-V+VI were Strong positive. In metastatic liver cancer, the positive rate of 5’-NPD-I was 86.7% (13/15), while the positive rate of 5’-NPD-V+IV was 46.7% (7/15). Six cases were cured. Patients with liver cancer resection had three abnormal isoenzyme bands in the preoperative serum, and all three abnormal isoenzyme bands disappeared after surgery. The other six patients had palliative resection of liver cancer. Three abnormalities were observed before and after surgery. Enzyme bands are present. Therefore, the author believes that the new abnormal isoenzyme band is a specific marker of liver cancer and can be used to diagnose liver cancer.
