目的通过对氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射断层显像术(PET)/CT全身肿瘤显像常见图像质量因素进行分析,探讨其控制方法,以提高PET/CT显像图像质量。方法回顾性分析2011年3月-6月1 000例行18F-FDG全身肿瘤显像患者的影像资料,根据PET/CT图像质量评判标准,得出标准片与非标准片。并对非标准片的相关因素进行分析,探讨整个检查流程中的质量控制。结果标准片158例,占15.80%;非标准片842例,占84.20%。伪影是造成非标准片的主要因素(93.00%,783/842),其次依次为患者注射记录信息录入误差(2.49%,21/842),仪器因素(1.90%,16/842),扫描不全(0.95%,8/842),肌肉软组织摄取(0.83%,7/842),核素污染(0.59%,5/842),药物注射(0.24%,2/842)。废片率为5.80%(58/1 000),重做率为2.20%(22/1 000)。结论影响PET/CT图像质量的因素复杂多样,贯穿于整个检查流程过程中,但大多可以控制,需要医、技、护、药相互协调配合。而设备严格的常规质量控制及维护、患者充分的准备、合适的体位选择、扫描野及参数的设置、后处理技术是影响图像质量的重要因素,需要技师充分掌握。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the common image quality factors of fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) / CT whole body tumor imaging and to explore its control method to improve the image quality of PET / CT imaging. Methods The imaging data of 1 000 patients with 18F-FDG whole body tumor imaging from March to June in 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the PET / CT image quality evaluation criteria, the standard and non-standard films were obtained. And non-standard film-related factors were analyzed to explore the entire inspection process of quality control. Results 158 cases of standard tablets, accounting for 15.80%; 842 cases of non-standard tablets, accounting for 84.20%. Artefacts were the major cause of non-standard films (93.00%, 783/842), followed by patient information (2.49%, 21/842), instrumental factors (1.90%, 16/842) (0.95%, 8/842), muscle soft tissue uptake (0.83%, 7/842), nuclide contamination (0.59%, 5/842) and drug injection (0.24%, 2/842) respectively. The scrap rate was 5.80% (58/1 000) and the redo rate was 2.20% (22/1 000). Conclusion The factors influencing the quality of PET / CT images are complex and diverse. They are throughout the whole examination process, but most of them can be controlled and need medical, technical, nursing and drug coordination. The rigorous routine quality control and maintenance of equipment, patients with adequate preparation, the appropriate position selection, scan field and parameter settings, post-processing technology is an important factor affecting the image quality, you need to fully grasp the technician.
