After the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan, the number of intellectuals rearward in the theater of war has been increasing. In order to absorb and reward intellectuals for participating in wartime work, the Ministry of Education of the KMT Government organized primary and secondary teacher service groups in various theater zones and promulgated the registration methods for primary and secondary school teachers in the theater. The summary and its schedule reflect the Ministry of Education’s experience in handling the service teams of primary and secondary school teachers in the theater and its work.
