农业财会队伍的整体素质直接关系到我国广大农村地区基层财务工作的质量和公正,关系到广大农民的切身经济利益,关系到党和政府在广大农民心目中的形象和地位,同时也对我国农副产业和农村集体所有制经济的健康发展具有重大影响。推进我国农业财会队伍建设是一个全面而复杂的系统工程,必须从财会人员的选拔、任用、从业人员的政治思想教育和职业道德教育以及业务培训、强化法治和纪律约束、改革行政、人事制度等各个方面整体推进,并依赖农业财会人员自身的不断努力学习和实践。
