去年以来,河北省金厂峪金矿由于全面推行了经济责任制,使黄金实际产量比计划产量增加了13.44％,上缴利润提高了38.8％。全矿实现利润833万元。全矿平均每人一年内创造利润5027元。黄金单上成本比计划下降了11.6％。在经营效益上创造了该矿历史最好水平。主要做法:1.扎扎实实地抓好基础工作。在认真核实劳动定额和原材料消耗的基础上,制定了比较先进的生产定额。加装了计量仪表,建立了材料检斤制度和生产、消耗等原始记录。
