美国通用电气公司生产的GE9800CT机,采用S140小型计算机控制,图象清晰,扫描诊断功能齐全,自动化程度高。但是该机工作条件要求严格,各类故障经常发生。维修中由于资料缺乏,配件难买,如果整板(件)更换,维修费用太高。所以。我们在检修中采取下列一些应急方法,取得了迅速、经济的效果。一、替代法CT机发生故障时,对故障部件深入分析,把握共性,用完好的次要部分代换已损坏的关键部分。例如:CT机键盘经频繁使用后,常用键易出现故障。检修时不必将键盘整块换掉,因为故障由单键引起,尽管键盘上各键功能不同,但是单键结构是一样的,故障往往因单键键芯损坏而造成,此键盘上有
