为解决实际生产、生活中遇到的新情况、新问题,健全工伤保险制度,国务院修改了《工伤保险条例》,自2011年1月1日起施行。随后,人力资源和社会保障部还修订了《工伤认定办法》,于2011年1月1日起施行。工伤保险事关广大进城农民工的切身利益,新修改的《条例》对保护职工权益有哪些新亮点,现从以下几方面进行详细解读,以期对农民朋友了解和掌握工伤保险的有关内容、出外打工维护自身合法权益有切实帮助。
