目的探讨以社区为基础、以药学服务理论为指导的2型糖尿病治疗管理模式,以减少糖尿病并发症,提高患者生活质量。方法对北京市房山区青龙湖社区40岁以上人群进行筛查,建立2型糖尿病患者档案,进行药学服务。结果与结论患者认识到生活方式的改善、结合合理的药物治疗,才是治疗2型糖尿病的最佳途径。社区药学服务是2型糖尿病防治的有效途径。
Objective To explore a community-based, pharmacy service theory as a guide to the treatment and management of type 2 diabetes in order to reduce the complications of diabetes and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods The population over 40 years of age in Qinglonghu Community, Fangshan District, Beijing was screened, and the files of type 2 diabetic patients were established for pharmacy services. Results and Conclusion Patients recognized that lifestyle improvement, combined with reasonable drug treatment, is the best way to treat type 2 diabetes. Community pharmacy service is an effective way to prevent type 2 diabetes.
